Occupancy

All rates are based on double occupancy.
When occupancy allows, additional person(s) are charged $15 per person per night.
Children under 8 years of age stay free.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please call (709) 655-2175 if you plan on arriving after 7:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:30 am.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to 3:00 pm check-in.
Cancellation in less than 24 hours or non-arrival will be billed at the standard room rate.

Smoking

Our premises are smoke free and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the buildings, including guest rooms.
Failure to comply with our policy will result in a $250 smoke sanitization fee.
As per Newfoundland and Labrador regulations, smoking is not permitted within 15 meters of any public entrance.

Pets

Our premises are pet friendly.
A charge of $25 per stay applies to all pets.
For the safety of both pets and guests, pets must be kept on a leash when on the properties.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the registered guest.

Quiet

To ensure all guests enjoy quiet and peaceful surroundings, all properties enforce quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
During this time registered guests only are permitted in rooms.
Gatherings and parties in any room are not permitted.

Housekeeping

A housekeeping fee of $15 will be charged upon check-out if dishes are not washed, dried and stored in cupboard.
